In 2023/2024, Cours et Jardins offers an after-school care program with various activities related to art, crafts, culture, and sports, including yoga and theater, at Voltaire Elementary School.

From Monday to Friday, the after-school care program takes care of children from CP to CM2 in the school premises from the end of school until 6:00 PM.

The elementary after-school care program is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:45 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Wednesday from 1:15 PM to 6:00 PM during school periods, directly after school.

We work with the school to ensure that children are always supervised and monitored.

The after-school program is supervised by qualified activity leaders with diverse skills.

The afternoon consists of several activity periods: 1: Welcome Time Children meet up, have a snack, play together, and can play in the courtyard. 2: Free Study Time Children can sit down to do their homework. There is no obligation or requirement to do homework. Each child is autonomous in their motivation and work. 3: Workshop Time Several workshops are offered regularly (e.g., team sports for 6-8-year-olds every Monday!). A program will be put in place at the beginning of the school year. 4: Parent Welcome Time Parent Welcome Time:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 4:30 PM (before activities, registration for after-school care) and between 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM (after activities)
• Wednesdays between 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM (after activities)

Start of the elementary after-school care program: Tuesday, September 5, 2023 September 4 is dedicated to registration, at the same time as the students’ return to school. You can also register online starting in July.

There is no trial week. However, during the first two weeks, from September 5 to 17, 2023, you can modify your registrations.

Elementary After-School Registration You can choose from several options:

• Freedom: Your child’s spot is guaranteed, whether they attend or not, every day, all year round.
• Fixed Days: One or more fixed days per year, modifiable every trimester.
• Ticket: Registration 48 hours in advance by email, presenting a ticket to the activity leaders. Tickets purchased directly from Cours et Jardins upon simple request by email.

Accueillette: Registration until 4:30 PM. Meet in front of the school gate at 4:30 PM.
