Theater workshops for teenagers

En Scène Junior: Create a Performance in French with Young Actors

Join us for the theatrical adventure En scène!

Young participants will explore various theatrical techniques: body work, voice control, dexterity, eye contact, use of stage space, listening, imagination, self-confidence, and emotional expression.

Our Objective with Children Aged 11 to 14:

Create a captivating story and put on a performance together.

How Do We Achieve This?

  • We explore theatrical techniques: Throughout the workshop, we continuously work on the body, voice, dexterity, eye contact, and stage space.
  • We develop listening and imagination: Encouragement of imagination and idea sharing.
  • We create stories and characters: Collaboration to invent and refine scenes.
  • We progress together to find balance: Respect for the group’s dynamics while considering the individual progress of each child.
  • Towards consent and respect: The importance of consent in approaching contact with others.
  • All of this in a playful and caring environment: A safe setting to encourage creativity.

Final Presentation

Throughout the months, the young participants will learn to create a story together, share their character ideas, and find connections between their desires. They will imagine scenes, refine them, and, under the direction of Anais Caillaud, the workshop director, prepare a performance.

The result of this collective work will be presented in June 2025.
