Theater workshops for teenagers

En Scène Junior, a workshop for teenagers in french

Sign up your kids for the “En Scène!” Theater Workshops – A creative space for your child to grow.. Are you seeking an engaging activity where your child can express themselves, build confidence, and explore theater?  En Scène Junior offers theatre workshops for French-speaking children aged 11 to 14.

What will they explore?
Throughout the workshops, children will discover a wide range of theatrical techniques, including body movement, voice control, dexterity, eye contact, stage presence, and emotional expression. These activities aim to boost self-confidence, self-awareness, and connection with others.

Our Goal: creating a captivating story together
The workshop’s primary goal is to guide the group in co-creating an original performance from start to finish. Together, they will build a story, develop characters, and bring their creative ideas to life on stage.

How do we achieve This?
Each session introduces various theater tools, from physical expression to voice work, helping participants feel comfortable on stage. Imagination and idea-sharing are encouraged as the group collaborates to develop stories and characters. We emphasize both group dynamics and personal growth, fostering a space where respect, consent, and creativity can flourish.

Final performance
Over the months, they will work together to create a collective performance. Under the guidance of workshop director Anaïs Caillaud,  they will prepare an end-of-year show for their families and friends.
