A project supported by Erasmus+ and the OFAJ, Artivists, CAP2TRANSITION targets young people aged 18 to 30 to help them develop local artistic projects around the themes of transition.

Based on the concept of community, the supported projects aim to raise awareness of issues related to transition and to seek solutions based on collective intelligence, citizen engagement, and the sharing of experiences.
